At FormaFit, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused
Be in the original packaging
Be in the same condition that you received it

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
